Melt in the mouth natural salt flakes from our southern cousins, the Australian Flake Salt Company. (one thing we do not produce up here is food grade salt!)  Made with Ocean water from Australia's southern oceans using traditional techniques.

Additive and chemical free. Easily crumbles between the fingers. No need for a grinder. The perfect way to season any dish. Perfect for home use or professional chefs.

50g Clear Plastic Grinder, 100g Shaker Pack, 230g Box, 2 kg Box or Bulk 3kg Pail. Store in a cool dry place and shake pack to loosen flakes if required.

Exceptional Salt

I absolutely love this sea salt! Living in the far north, it gets very humid and yet this salt doesn’t get wet and clumpy like other salts. And it is absolutely delicious! As salt is very good for you, especially for older folk, It’s nice to have a salt this tasty - And yes, there is a different taste to different salts. I eat it right out of the jar. I originally found it at a market, and I loved it so much that I found it online and bought some more! I have recommended it to all of my friends.
